Cancellation Policy

Canceling or rescheduling appointments must be completed online.


48 Hour Cancelation Policy:


* Appointment must be canceled 48 Hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment to avoid non-transferrable cancelation fee/deposit* 


(Up to 50% : depending on the service type


NO Call/No Show: 100% will be billed to you and must be paid in full prior to rescheduling



Late Arrival Policy:


15 mins late with or without notice: Automatically Canceled (Must Reschedule). After 10 mins it is up to the Service Provider if client will be serviced or rescheduled.


There are NO refunds on products and/or services rendered. Due to the nature of the business, please contact your service provider within 24 hours of service date with any problem and/or concerns regarding your issue. We will gladly correct the problem, as refunds will not be issued.


Terms and Conditions:


Upon scheduling an appointment with Sante salon you agree to release all liability of any services/ products producing an adverse outcome due to usage and/or lack of proper maintenance instructed by service provider. You agree that you have provide all pertinent information regarding any medical conditions, allergies and or any other conditions that may inhibit services being provided, chemical or otherwise.


Acknowledgment of all policies enforced here at Sante Salon are agreed to upon scheduling an appointment.
